Nottingham Judo is running the athlete funding initiative again in 2016 to assist both beginners and advanced Nottinghamshire judoka with progressing on their chosen judo pathway.
There will be two levels of funding available:
The ‘Aspire’ funding will be for low graded (Orange and below) players that wish to increase their training, attend more competitive events or help players of any grade to become a junior/senior official or judo coach.
The ‘Perform’ funding will be aimed at higher graded (Orange and above) players who already train multiple times a week and attend many competitive events but would find funding helpful to pursue their judo competitive pathway enabling them to attend even more sessions, higher level events or even a new regulation Gi.
